Nice colour but prefer the current one's looks.

Any privacy glass cannot tell , yet all the other makes I have seen on the road no privacy glass.

@@SEATCupranet-channel No no, what I meant was that in VW/Audi/Skoda there is a 193PS TDI with 4x4, and it will be also available in Cupra - I am pretty sure, and it will also have AWD, which is insane because way more powerful PHEVs have only FWD :(

Thanks! we'll have to make a complete comparison, but will likely be space and size - Formentor is a Crossover SUV (think hatch mashed with SUV), the Terramar is classed as a full SUV. As SUV's are selling so well now manufacturers want to have as many options as is feasible.

The Terrarmar is larger than the Formentor. The Formentor looks like a SUV/Hatchback mashup while the Terramar looks like a full SUV. However, the Terramar is still quite a bit smaller than the Toyota RAV4. European cars tend to be smaller than cars in the US. When Cupra enters the US market, they may decide to create a model specifically for the US market similar in size to the RAV4 and even a larger model similar to the Toyota Highlander.

Hey I ordered mine 30th of August 2022 and they told me to expect a 10 month delivery time. Would you mind telling me how you specced yours ? Is equipment in anyway affecting the delivery date. I’ve got mine fully specced with every option given in the list

@@SEATCupranet-channel Cupras are supposed to be very high performance hot hatches. The brand has been watered down. Electric cars are not suitable in this bracket of car unless they are very high powered. Even a Kia electric car has 300bhp! Also, the test driver was clearly underwhelmed and trying to be polite about the car. Even the hybrid versions of the Leon and Formentor are an insult to a brand that, until recently, was synonymous with 300bhp+ hot hatches and hot estates. I'm feeling like "Cupra" is going in the wrong direction.

@@alivekicking6247 Thanks for your thoughts. Yes we agree CUPRA has some way to go to keep up with the other brands in terms of all out performance. They are pitching themselves as a premium "lifestyle" brand which means they have low powered cars as well as higher powered cars. Since splitting into their own brand from SEAT it no longer means the fastet spec models, there are more powerful SEAT cars than some CUPRA models. It's all about making money I'm afraid and this way they are making more money.

@@SEATCupranet-channel I don't think they will be successful long term in this. I fear this will be the death of the Cupra. I was hoping this would be more like Alpine was to Renault, or Alpina to BMW, rather than a new class of cars for people who want a fashion car as opposed to a drivers car.
